guideline on the experience I should receive from the practitioner’s office to
determine if I am comfort with him or her based how he or she listen to me and

being in charge of my life. (Dacher, 2006, pg.166-167)

What strategies can you implement to foster growth in each of the following domains; Physical, Psychological, and Spiritual. Provide at least two examples of exercises or practices in each domain. Explain how you will implement each example.
The strategies I plan to
foster my growth towards the physical, psychological and spiritual stay in tune
with my body, maintain my diet, see my doctors on a regular basis, performed
any form of exercises daily than I like to do so I can keep reducing my weight.
The two mediation mp3 I enjoyed doing were
subtle mind and aesclepian meeting. These mind exercises really relaxes me. The
subtle mind put my mind at ease and my body was totally relaxed by allowing my
mind to become still and clear of any and all things so I could experience the
mental activity of clear thoughts, creative images and enjoying the feelings of
being lifeless. (Dacher, 2006, pg. 71).
The aesclepian meeting is
an exercise I will do when I had a hard day at work. This exercise allowed my
mind to travel and mentally take me to another place in time where good time
and fun helped me remove the stress and the anxiety immediately.
These two mediation exercises I will employ in my daily routine.
