UNIT 1 Introduction to Human Wellness

I thought this information stated on this website was very encouraging for me to inquire on the type of online sessions they provided to show how I can improve on my heath and my well-being. I will be 52 on Feb 9 and I am looking forward to a lifestyle with less stress and enjoy my life so I can spend more time with my family and friends.
